For me, definition is the starting point of the every process. A leader should have knowledge, wisdom and judgement ability for sure. But my point is, for leading a team that you have to like the process. Business world has many rules and requirements but if you do not believe about process you will definitely have to adapt.
Whatever you believe with feeling becomes your reality.
How you can get what you want? First, create an image in your memory that you see yourself in a good shape. Like every big events, people has doubt about their performance, or the result. Think only good memories. And anticipate, play out different scenarios and plan ahead make you an agile decision-maker. Courage is a decision. Just think positive results.
A great leader should have;
- Judgement + Wisdom: The ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions.
- Logical: Judge things rightly.
- Knowledge: facts, information, and skills acquired through experience or education; the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject.
If you like process then you know what is suits to you. That will be your leading style. Be adaptable, fast and brave. Homo = “Human Being” + Sapiens = “Wise, Sensible”
