Every effective, successful, great and whatever is for you, company needs to have a mission to exist, a market to sell, enough resources to operate, a clear direction to adapt new realities and a way of meaurement the results. I am not talking the revenue. Revenue is a result of the business activity. A result that you see your contributions as an employee or a manager. A measurement that you can identity your weakness and strenghts.
If you do not fit, find a place that you can fit.
1. No Purpose
Whatever is they are not connected to the job. They are happy to integrate but they are not feeling good to promote a mission that they do not believe. Everyone wants something, when you figoured out what they want, you will know who they are. Time to move? Start to write an e-mail. Subject: I'm quiting.
2. No Progress
Unfinished projects is one of reason too. The speed of project or working hours without having any benefits. Success is a science; if you have the conditions, you get the result. if there is no result, things have to change: you or them. I am tired of this bullshit. If they cannot progress, you can progress in another place. A subject for your email: Thanks, guys!
3. No Value
I beleieve we have to rething about hiring process. Their eager to earn more, is destroying themeself but at same time they will put you down. If they do not know where to stop, you should reconsider to step back. Only 30% of marketers were proficient in experiencing the world from someone else’s. Ops! I have a great title for you: Quit fast, life is short. RUN!
4. No Empathy
There is always someone, manager or team member without having a good judgement. Business is simple, because it is mechanic. When there is so many emotions, it will lead you in wrong direction. Everyone knows how you look, so less people know how you feel. It is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. New research has suggested that 1 to 2 percent of the population struggle to differentiate between their own bodily feelings and other people's. Empathy boosts business creativity, and improve satisfactions. However only 40% having proficient empathy skills so what is our next step: Writing another e-mail. Subject: Such a pleasure to know all of you.
Pease be aware of that these kind of suggession is too general, every circumstances needs to evaluate carefully. I am trying to say, scientifically there are some situations that you cannot change. I am promoting that you should quit all the time. If you are not feeling well do not push your limit you can find another thing to continue your journey. There is always a way. I am sharing this with you with my 20 years experience in a professional life.
